Description
Our organic rosemary essential oil for supplements originates from the species Rosmarinus officinalis. In international practice, the product is referred to as Rosemary organic essential oil for supplements. The plant belongs to the botanical family Lamiaceae and forms a low-branching evergreen shrub with a pronounced aromatic character. The shrub grows on organically managed land in Bulgaria, and its aboveground plant material provides the raw material for extracting the essential fraction. The raw material covers the entire stalk of the shrub. The entire stalk bears green aboveground tissue with few colouring substances, which is why the liquid comes out colourless and takes on a barely noticeable yellowish tone. The liquid consistency gives the product a uniform appearance. The aroma is strong and brings together fresh, herbal and woody notes. Steam distillation lets through only the volatile fraction, so the scent remains pure and conveys the herbal character of the aboveground plant material from the Bulgarian fields. In addition, the strength of the scent goes hand in hand with the pale colour and the liquid consistency of the product. The advantages of the product lie in the Bulgarian origin of the raw material, in the organic management of the plantations and in the whole stalk that goes into the extraction. Entirely organic plant material makes up the composition of the oil.
